We inquired about getting a plumber on Labor day. We asked for an appointment any time Tuesday after labor day. We had bad plunger apparatus that needed to be ... replaced. I was called at Approx 730Am with a message the repairman will be there somtime this Morning. They also said they would call Approx 30 minutes before arrival Shawn Called approx. 745am and arrived at Aprox. 810am. He finished approx. 9am. . He rebuilt Bathroom toilet water system in the tank. My experience with Roto-Rooter was wonderful. I had a brand new washer, leak all over my floor and my adjuster wanted me to call a plumber to make sure ... it was not my water lines. So I called Roto-Rooter and they came out that evening and every thing on my end was fine. While he was there I asked him about my water heater. I had already asked one company about it. Ken the service man gave me pretty much the same answer, that it was 20 yrs. old and could go any time.So I ordered one that evening and two days later it was in. The service man was very nice and kept me informed as to what he was doing.
