Ryan Dean, the technician who came out Aug 12, 2025 from Myrtle Beach office, to unclog our kitchen, drain was very professional and knowledgeable. Wonderful personality. Answered all ... our questions with a great attitude. Listened intently as I told him what had happened. He explained everything that he could do. I told him I had used some Professor Amos Fast PM concentrated Drain Powder according to directions the night before, which did clear it partly. It usual works great everytime in all my drains. I use it every so often as maintenance. I guess you could say I am a nut and very careful about keeping my drains clean and flowing freely Long story short, by the time he ran the water today to see how clogged it was, there was NO clog. I think the Professor Amos worked during the night and we didn’t know it. We hadn’t run the water until he got here. It ran clear for a long time when Ryan ran water in the clogged sink. He had given us an estimate for using a cable or jetting the lines, which we agreed to as reasonable. Ryan told us that if it clogged again to call him and he would jet the drains, which we agreed with completely. We were so surprised and thrilled when there was no charge. That policy made us believe in RR even more. We are in our 80s and on a fixed income. Thank you RR. I have used Roto Rooter before and 100% believe in them. They get the job done, the first time. I like that you have the equipment to do it right unlike, “Uncle Bob” down the street. I won’t waste my time on Uncle Bob down the street. I had to let you know that you have an excellent employ in Ryan Dean. Love that yall actually use your desposible boots also. Some companies have them but the tech doesnt always put them on when they come into the house. I would tell anybody not to waste their time or money on a fly by night plumber, CALL ROTO ROOTER. If Professor Amos doesn’t do the job the 1st time, call RR. It obviously needs a pro.
We had a complicated plumbing problem and ended up having three different Roto- techs on two appointments at our home. The first tech was Zach who worked at night ... to try to solve the problem. Zach was very polite, professional and knowlegeable. He worked diligently and efficiently trying to solve the problem. Unfortunately, it was beyond the limits of the equipment that he had that evening. Zach kept us informed, asked us the right questions and we were very much satisfied with his efforts. Another Roto- crew was dispached two days later to try a different technique. Damark and Glenwood arrived with different equipment and quickly and efficiently solved our proplem. Again, the two techs were professional, communicated well and solved our problem. All three men were very professional and represented your company in a way that left a positive impression on me. In the future, Roto- Myrtle Beach will be out plumber of choice.
