I had a problem with a basement floor drain and sink that were backing up. I called Roto Rooter and a technician was there within an hour. He diagnosed and ... resolved the issue. Roto Rooter has always had prompt service anytime I've called them. And the techs are very professional and knowledgeable.

Our plumber, Ash, was very conscientious and clearly vary knowledgeable. He was polite, diligent, explained what he was doing before he did it, and cleaned up when he was ... done. Nobody ever wants to have to make a plumbing repair, so it's nice when the plumber who shows up is competent and friendly.

On Wednesday, November 23rd, Wayne appeared to clear my toilet blockage. I had already had 2 plumbers fail miserably at the job. Wayne carefully explained the pricing for ... the job. He then went to work, first clearing the sewer vent, and then moved into the bathroom. when that didn't work. He repeatedly attempted to clear the blockage doing due diligence with each effort. He continued to tell me he was not having any success, but that he would try again. He couldn't understand the layout of the below ground piping and called a supervisor to learn that the piping went into the back yard that was there to connect to a discontinued septic tank (the house was built in 1955).

The hot water heater in our medical office rusted at the bottom and started leaking. I called the plumbers we had used many times in the past, but no ... one was available to deal with our emergency.
