I had an issue with my hot water tank not working , called and had service same day. the technician Rene #1199 was very prompt, explained everything to us and ... we ended up purchasing a brand new hot water tank from the company. he came the very next day around our time frame which was very important and installed . Explained everything to us & I was able to use the coupon on the website. Very professional and efficient. I posted the same on Facebook for the world to know. Am very pleased.

Worker were courteous and cleaned up after the work was completed. Everything was explained to me thoroughly.

Bill was wonderful, professional, thorough and a true craftsman in the trade. Although this was a large, unexpected emergency, Bill put my mind and fears to rest as soon as he assessed the situation. This serious situation was fixed very quickly and the restoration began immediately. I am always very pleased with the service and grateful to these technicians. My daughter was out of town and received a call from the tenant that the drain wasn't working. I called Roto Rooter and a technician came out and was ... very courteous, professional, and explained what he was doing. Put tarps down and was careful not to destroy anything. The job was completed (thankfully and the tenant was happy) Work was done in Cleveland.
