Stan came out to our house Sunday and today, Labor Day, to fix plumbing issues we had. He was excellent! He worked fast, fixed everything, explained what had been wrong ... and kept us updated on what was going on when he was working with our property management company. He is one of the best repair men I have ever worked with.

Before you send an employee to repair a backed up toilet who is not familiar with English, teach them what bowel movement and BM mean. I think he understood poop. ... It is not a word I usually use. But, he solved the problem so I am happy.

I had what I thought was an initial issue with one toilet that wound up being both toilets plus the tub & shower being backed up. I called to ... see when I could get someone. Stan told me he could be there within an hour & was on a Sunday. I was very impressed with how he showed me on his equipment exactly what was going & gave me recommendations for future to correct in addition to fixing the issue. Stan is extremely nice & takes care of the issue correctly & shows you that it is taken care of by running everything so you are confident is done right. I feel that the company has a good reputation but also feel that you must really employ good people to have someone like him working for you. It is good to know that I have someone now that in the event my grandmom & great aunt have any issues he will take care of them. I feel that he is honest, professional & takes care of things efficiently so am confident if anyone else in neighborhood or family have issues have a good person as it means a lot when so many businesses out there do not concentrate on doing things right or give the best customer service. It was really nice to know that he could be there on a Sunday like he was & surprised that he was able to be there quickly like he was. I am not experienced with knowing what other companies charge but would imagine that some would cost extra or not be available on weekends. Also, I noticed that Stan was using a Rigid shop vac & that equipment which made me decide to buy the Rigid shop vac they had on sale at Home Depot since he said it was really a good shop vac & he has been impressed with the equipment he has which helps him to do his job & see exactly what is going on.

Having provided the above information previously when making the appointment I found having to repeat it a serious downside.

The failure of the project was not roto rotor's fault it was state farm insurance.

Johnny was great worker and solved my issue quickly.
