I called Roto Rooter (Rychel Inc) a little after 1 PM on April 12th. By 2 PM, the service person was at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ... cleared the sewer line. Thank goodness he was quick, I only have 1 bathroom. He was friendly and polite. He also cleaned up the mess from opening the sewer cleanout. I had tried a couple of local companies, 1 was rude, 1 offered to be there in about 5 days and a couple didn't answer. I am so happy I called roto rooter and I can't thank the service person enough.

The two technicians Stephen & Travis went the extra mile to get my septic tank back in operation. Not only did the pump need to be replaced but there ... were also several other problems that either needed repairing or replacement. After several hours over a two day period, the job was completed. Stephen even came back the next day and hauled out the dirt and rocks and made everything presentable. Highly efficient workers for a job well done!
