thank you so much! the technician showed up around 9:30pm and i was so worried about the plumbing backup. he assessed the problem right away and the fix was done ... within 30 minutes. so grateful i didn't have to wait til the next day for the appointment!!

Craig Wright #3786 and John #4758 came to our home to fix a problem with sewage backing up into our basement drain and sink. Both men were extremely courteous ... and helpful. They asked us several questions which helped them pinpoint the problem. The problem was accurately diagnosed and remedied. They did a wonderful job and communicated with us about what they were doing during the job. We would recommend these individuals to anyone who may need Roto-Rooter services.

Had a complete drain line stoppage. Called Roto Rooter and a technician arrived in an hour and a half. Reviewed the situation, pulled a toilet, snaked the line ... to the septic tank, cleared the clog, and restored a normal drain flow. Technician was careful to put down protective material before starting work to eliminate stains or damage to floors.

The technicians were very professional and friendly. The sewer clean out work was done efficiently, and the invoice documented the work just the way I needed it.

Service was great. Rotor rooter was able to fix my broken drain pipe without tearing up my bathroom. They were fast and efficient. And they came quickly at ... a time that I could be home.

I now think that Roto-Rooter really does like to make their customers happy. The plumber who came to unplug our drain was shown the overflow in the laundry room ... floor drain. He cabled out to the street to unplug that, but did not re-check the launder room before being paid and leaving. I called and was given an estimate larger than I thought was appropriate, forgetting to say that the first plumber had not checked the drain a second time,, and I refused the service. A few weeks later, almost immediately after posting an unhappy review, I received a phone call.from Ken, a manager. Allen came out the next morning and opened the laundry room drain at no charge. Yes, they kept a customer. Thank you all.

ON, SUNDAY JULY 30.2017. OUR DAUGHTER AND GRANDDAUGHTER ARRIVED FROM ALBANY, NY FOR A ONE WEEK VISIT. ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, 2017 WATER WAS COMING UP THROUGH OUR BASEMENT ... FLOOR DRAIN WHEN OUR CLOTHES WASHER WAS ON DRAIN CYCLE. SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CLEAR THE LINES WERE MADE BUT WITH NO SUCCESS. BIG PROBLEMS. NO TOILETS, NO SHOWERS AND NO WATER TO DRAIN THROUGH THE LINES. I MADE A CALL, AT ABOUT 4 PM ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, 2017 TO THE ROTOROOTER OFFICE AND EXPLAINED MY DELEMA. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING, VERY HELPFUL AND A DELIGHT TO WORK WITH. AT 6:30 PM THAT EVENING, SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOE SHIREY: # 1695 ARRIVED TO UNPLUG THE MAIN SEWER DRAIN. ROTOROOTER PERSONNEL COULD HAVE TOLD US NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE UNTIL AT LEAST THE NEXT DAY. BUT THEY WERE HELPFUL EBNOUGH TO SEND JOE SHIREY THE SAME DAY. JOE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THE CLEANING PROCESS. JOEPUT A DROP CLOTH ON THE BASEMEBT FLOOR, BEFORE HE BEGAN THE CLEANING PROCESS. THERE WAS NO CLEANING UP-BY US- AFTER JOE WAS DONE AS HE LEFT IT CLEANER THAN WHEN HE STARTED.JOE FINISHED THE JOB ABOUT 8 PM. EVEN AFTER JOE'S LENGTHY WORK DAY JOE WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT, EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE CLEANING PROCESS AS HE WAS CLEARING THE SEWER DRAIN LINE AND ALSO EXPLAINED THERE WAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE THE SEWER LINE VIDEOD TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF THE LINE. ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2017, DAVID DAVEY FROM ROTOROOTER CAME OUT AND RAN A VIDEO CAMERA THROUGH THE SEWER LINE. WE ARE HAVING ROTOROOTER REPLACE OUR SEWER LINE ON MONDAY, AUGUST 7, 2017 AS VIDEO VERIFIED EXTENSIVE REASONS TO REPLACE THE SEWER LINE NOW. DAVID DAVEY HAD ME WATCH-ON THE SCREEN- AS THE VIDEO CAMERA RAN THROUGH THE LINE AND VERIFIED EXTENSIVE TREE ROOT AND JOINT PROBLEMS. THANK YOU TO ALL THE ROTOROOTER PERSONNEL FOR TAKING IMMEDIATE CARE OF OUR PROBLEM. OUR DAUGHTER AND GRANDDAUGHTER HAVE HAD A GREAT WEEK STAY , AT OUR HOUSE, THANKS TO ROTO ROOTER PERSONNEL

Two visits from Roto-Rooter. On the first a sink drain line was rootered and the flow restored. However, the RR man got a incorrect impression from us as to the ... nature of the pipe and used sufficent force to clean the line that an unknown rubber connecter with another pipe was dislodged, resulting in subsequent water flow into our basement. RR came out again and, under somewhat adverse physical conditions, was able to reconnect the pipe segments without an extra charge. So the final result was posittive.

The tech did a great job very efficient and courteous.

Chris arrived before the time we were told - which was wonderful. He was professional and pleasant and went right to work. Had our problem fixed before we knew it ... and left the area in better shape than when he arrived. This is the second time we have called this company in the last 3 weeks and we are so very happy to have found them. This company is on our speed-dial for any future needs (hope that doesn't happen) but if it does we know who to call.

We called Roto-Rooter after another company failed to clear our clogged sewer line. The technician did a good job cleaning out our sewer line. There were several setbacks and he ... got past all of them

Service Tech - Brian was really wonderful. Took time to explain to us what he was doing, how we might make changes so we wouldn't have this problem again. Worked ... fast but did a complete job. Answered all questions we had plus cleaned up as he went and left our home with the problem solved. If we ever have additional problems with residential plumbing we will call Roto-Rooter and ask for Brian to come back.

The company was available in a reasonable time frame and provided services that some others apparently do not. We had a long, old sewer line lined with plastic which should ... keep it usable as long as we live in this house.
