We hired Roto Rooter to clean out some long-term problems in our (private road) neighborhood drains. It turned out to be a nightmare for them--the infrastructure was done in the ... 70's in unincorporated King County, and the more we dug into it, the more we found that was not done....properly...the first time. It got complicated quickly, but David brought out others, and a 2 hour cleaning became 3 days of figuring out what was going where, and we finally made sense of what had been done. And then we got charged...for just the two hours of cleaning. They didn't make any money off us, but they are now our go-to guys for all future work. Thanks, David!

I wish the first visit by the technician had found the leak in the drain pipe at the top as it would not have been necessary to have a 2nd ... call the next day to locate it, resulting in 2 separate payments for a total of ${esc.dollar}823.65.

I had a outside garden hose water faucet which was below the surface level of the deck in the back. So either I wanted it raised up above the deck ... boards, or move it to a better location. And he suggested and I agreed to remove that one in the deck area, and install at the back corner of the house, which worked out great. Thanks for the good work.

Very thurogh and efficient.

Service person did great once here. It took a while. Cell phone reception is spotty in my neighborhood, a phone call to me didn't get through, so the ... service person was sent elsewhere. I ended up waiting almost 2 days to get service. Plus telephone people talked telephone numbers so fast that I had trouble writing them down even when listening several times through the recorded messages.

The representative was very professional and thorough. He fixed our problem quickly and had our mainline clog cleared immediately.

The plumber did an excellent job. He had great communication in explaining what he would do, how he would it, what he was looking for, and answered questions thoroughly ... and understandably. He found the source of a leak, diagnosed the problem, and the solution was right on target. He cleaned up after himself and made sure he didn't track any dirt or dust on the carpets. He was the tech you hope and wish for!

We had a tricky clog because we tried to dispose of to many navy beans down the garbage disposal. My husband bought a snake and tried for 4 hours to ... clear the clog but could not get it. Patrick came out and said it was a challenging clog because the beans probably swelled. He worked and worked at it until he got in unclogged. Great service. Very thankful
