The slow running drains are annoying to say the least. I have tried to clear them myself over the time but this time I was not able to do so. Your man (Cliff?) did a great job and left the place clean and devoid of water any place except swirling down the drain. You have a Happy Customer and a Happy Landlord who gladly paid the bill. Theses guys came to fix the problem, SAME DAY. Who does that anymore? He worked into the night up at Hood Canal, but still had to drive home ... to OLYMPIA!!! I could not believe it. Such a nice guy too. I was extremely impressed with Roto-Rooter. They have been around since I was a little girl! Very very satisfied!!!!!

From start to finish I was impressed by everyone I talked to. The original lady I spoke with (sorry, I forgot her name) was sympathetic and promised service soon. Roger ... kindly called me an hour later and told me as soon as Mike and Paul finished a job in Silverdale they would come to me. He called me again in an hour to tell me the guys were on their way. I loved knowing what was going on and when to expect service! Mike and Paul were friendly, efficient, and most definitely knew their job. They quickly fixed the leak and contacted Sean to come check the water damage. He called me an hour later to say he was on his way. He, too, was friendly and knew what he was doing. Next will come the water damage restoration, but I'm confident that it will be handled well. During what could have been a terrible and stressful day today I've felt I was in the hands of kind, thorough, and knowledgeable professionals who communicated well and kept to their promised timeline. Thank you!

I walked into the laundry room to find water on the floor around the water heater and a drip drip sound. After my initial panic I realized the leak was ... coming from the hot water supply line on the top of the water heater. I called Roto-Rooter, made an appointment and the techs showed up promptly. (They give you a 30 minute courtesy call that they are coming which is terrific) The techs - Michael and Patrick were awesome, very courteous and personable. They assessed the problem and advised me that I should have both lines replaced while they were there as the cold supply line is the same age as the one leaking (over 10 years) and sooner rather than later it will have a problem - which made perfect sense. They worked neatly and efficiently and the job was completed in short order. They were very helpful - showed me how to shut off the water to the water heater in case something goes wrong before I can replace this very old water heater. As someone who knows next to nothing about how plumbing works in general, it was very nice that they took the time to do this. Great experience - Thanks Michael, Patrick and Roto-Rooter!
