Melinda F.Roto- Rooter has provided us with quality work. We called them once before a number of years ago and most recently on Friday May 27th. Chris worked around my crazy ... day (one of those days where Murphy's Law goes into full force) I called RR in the a.m. and found that they were available much at my discretion. My concern was a clogged sink drain in the bathroom. So I scheduled them to come out and right about the time of the appointment, I had to rush my dog to the vet. I phoned them to inform them of my plight and they were very understanding, they accommodated me and in a matter of 20min the problem was solved and Chris was on his way home to celebrate his son's first birthday!!! Chris was very considerate of the fixtures on the sink, he took care not to track dirt into the house, was kind to our dog and took time to explain how we could avoid the problem of clogged drains in the future. I recently saw an episode of Undercover Boss, that featured Roto-Rooter, I was impressed with the story of the company and how it cared for the well-being of employee's and their family. I was impressed by that because Chris spoke well of the employer and it showed in his work. He was efficient and took pride in his work. He also took pride in his family and those are 2 qualities that the future depends on.
My main drain in my basement was clogged, I called another company Absolute Plumbing to come fix it but it was still clogged! When I called back they refused to ... honor their work and wanted to charge me more. I wanted it done right so I called Roto-Rooter, which is what I should have done the first time. Chris was at my house within an hour and had the clog removed extremely fast. He was very nice and explained everything to me, clean up after himself and mad sure all my drains worked. I'm extremely happy with the service Chris provided and I will always call Roto-Rooter from now on!
