Levi was super helpful. We had a major storm come through and my storm pipe had clogged and was getting backed up and spilling water back up out of my ... downspouts and pooling around my home's foundation. I recently finished my basement so I was panicked. I ran a temporary line from my sump to the street and I had rented a motorized snake from the hardware store to try to unclog my drain pipe since no plumber had availability to come out. Levi was on my street to do service for one of my neighbors and went out of his way to assist me even though we didn't have service scheduled with Roto-Rooter. He then did a jet clean out of my pipe and completely cleared it allowing me to reconnect the storm pipe at my sump pump and disconnect the temporary line. He went out of his way to explain everything to me and provide advice on how to avoid a repeat of the problem in the future. Very satisfied and will use Levi and Roto Rooter next time!

I tried to access the survey via the (podium.co/wDlzgbx) info provided, but it didn't allow me access to it for some reason. Hopefully this is basically the same thing. ... The plumber's name is Riley(2511), out of Columbus, Ohio and he was fantastic. The dude certainly knew what he was doing, was personable, knowledgable and was willing to answer questions and explain the work process. He wanted to do the job right and not half-ass his way through it. You could tell that he takes pride in his work. We'd be more than happy to have him perform any future needed work.

Josh was fantastic. His workmanship was top-notch, and cleared our kitchen sink clog without breaking a sweat. He was punctual, friendly, and ensured the job was completed with ... a few QC checks before cleaning up after himself and packing up. Very thorough and very professional.

Our experience with Riley was great. He showed up on time and asked all the right questions to quickly get to the bottom of what was happening. He checked all ... things that he could to avoid just jumping in and doing unnecessary work and he was polite and cleaned up any mess that came from the work. Can't say enough about his willingness to ask questions and do his best to be the least intrusive and messy as possible. He also gave us advice on how to avoid problems in the future.

Kudos to Treh who tirelessly worked with the faucet in on our bathroom sink and saved us a lot of money over getting a new faucet! The replacement parts ... finally got attached like they should be. NO LEAKS SINCE!

I've been using Roto-Rooter since I bought this house 25+ years ago. I've never had a bad experience. But, this week I had an exceptional experience that I ... wanted to share. My water heaters stopped working over the weekend so on Sunday I called to schedule an appointment. They set an appoint for me for that afternoon. Later in the day I was called back and the dispatcher apologized that they would have to reschedule for Monday because they did not have any gas-certified technicians on duty that day. She explained that the people at the call center don't always know to check that. The next day your technician arrived and looked at the water heaters and noted that they did not seem to be on. I asked if they are connected to electricity and he said yes. On hunch I checked the breaker box and sure enough a breaker had been tripped. I pressed it back on the the water heaters started up again. I thanked the technician and asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. I was shocked and thanked him again.
