They are so wonderful! I needed help ASAP taking off an old kitchen faucet and installing a new one. Two other companies refused to come since the hurricane winds knocked ... out our cell tower and I was unable to receive any calls. Everyone I spoke to with Roto-Rooter was extremely helpful and understanding and they don't overcharge. They now have a customer for life! Thank you all so very very much! You rock!!!

Perfect service experience! I contact Roto-Rooter online to request service during evening hours after I realized I had a drain blockage in the kitchen sink. It could not have been ... easier to schedule a service call for the following morning. Following the scheduling, a message was received by email confirming the scheduled call, instructing me that I would also be called 30 minutes prior to the technician's arrival. The work was done efficiently and knowledgeably by the technician, offering helpful tips and confirming that I was using Pipe Shield as directed. Good service from Roto-Rooter cannot be overstated.

When we needed Roto Rooter recently, they responded promptly and professionally ...we live in an older house, and needed pipe replacement for a portion of our sewer line. Field Supervisor ... Michael Wimberly ran the camera down, identifying our problem. Zac Hendon repaired the line, working steadily thru the day...and it's still very hot here in Alabama in September! We could not be more satisfied with the job done by Roto Rooter.

Had a toilet issue on a Saturday and thought it would be a quick fix so I called Roto-Rooter they arrived within the hour and the problem became bigger ... and bigger as the afternoon progressed. We ended up have to have a clean out drain put in the front yard and the pipes jetted. The complete job was finished in 3 days (Saturday-Monday) and the work was performed quickly. I live out of town in Nashville but I felt good leaving my Moms house on Sunday and having the job completed on Monday. Thanks for the service and quick response. Tom Tillman

Great professional attitude and work

I am once again very satisfied with my service . He was on time after I scheduled on line late at night . He checked my issue and explained ... my problem and what I needed . The work was done in a timely manner . When he finished the work area was very clean and once again he explained what he had done . I have not as of yet experienced any problems .

Problem was resolved quickly and in a manner we could afford at the moment. They will work with us to file a claim with our insurance to fix the bigger ... problem causing the plumbing problems.

The service men who came were polite and knowledgeable and kept me informed about what they were doing.

first service on 9/8 did not work paid 420.00 second service all the pipes were replaced with a 200.00 discount from first service. did a great job but do feel ... like I should have been given full credit for first job since it was warrantied for 6 months
