He was professional, patient, careful, and thorough in his work, and he was also friendly and willing to take a little extra time to explain what had happened and how he would address it. He left the house better than he found it - he was very considerate about any demo that was needed and cleaned up behind himself. He showed up with a great attitude and resolved the issue, despite it being a holiday. We really appreciate his work.
