We had an unexpected clogged sewer drain from our house to our septic tank right before for a holiday. I called Roto-Rooter in the morning and a plumbing technician was ... scheduled to come to our house that same day. The plumbing technician (Jon) arrived two hours after I placed the call to Roto-Rooter. That is EXCELLENT response time. After I explained what was going on, Jon assessed the situation and began to correct the problem immediately. He had our issue resolved in an hour. Jon is a very knowledgeable plumbing technician with a VERY good customer relationship attitude. He is a high value employee of Roto-Rooter who I would not hesitate to have work on any future drain or plumbing issues.
