Very responsive on the phone. Darwin, the technician, was great. He gave me a heads-up before arrival, called me to explain the issue and tell me what he ... was going to do (I couldn't meet him onsite - he was with the tenant), and kindly sent me photos of the problem. Very much appreciated as this is a small rental and it's very important to me that the tenants feel taken care of when something is wrong. Only one shower in this condo with two working ladies, so it was important to take care of it today. I will certainly call Rotoscoped-Rooter again for any future plumbing needs.

We have been trying to solve our plumbing issue (and have been without running water) for 5 days with a number of other plumbers and their companies. The Roto-Rooter plumber ... was very skilled and went above and beyond to help us fix the issue. We are so thankful for his expertise and professionalism. He saved us a lot of time, heart ache and money by taking the time to correctly diagnose the water issue and identify that the problem was truly not ours but our neighbor’s property with a leak.

It was midnight and our main sewer line backed up and flooded our home. We had called another company (BHI) twice and they said a technician would call us - ... we heard nothing for over an hour - and didn't receive a call back until 8am. My husband called Roto-Rooter and they immediately helped us. Not only did they call us back to keep us updated, they actually sent someone over. Adrian spent hours trying to clear the line and when he wasn't able to he immediately called to have a camera technician come to see what the issue is. Adrian went the distance and even came back later on when the camera technician was here to make sure everything was going okay. They discovered that our pipes had been smashed by a tree. A three man crew was dispatched to fix the problem. They were for two days demoing the concrete and removing the damaged pipes and tree roots. They were professional and kept us informed of everything going on. When the team found pipes further on that had been damaged - they made sure to patch up what they could so that we could use our bathrooms that night until they could return the next day to complete the work! Everyone from Roto-Rooter who came to fix this problem were amazing! It was horrible having our main sewer line damaged but Roto-Rooter truly saved the day and made the most out of a bad situation. A big thank YOU to the Roto-Rooter team. Adrian, the camera tech and the three man crew that fixed the problem were amazing. Roto-Rooter has excellent customer service and skilled/professional technicians that are truly available around the clock for emergencies - I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for all your plumbing needs!

Showed up on time and solved the problem very quickly. My only complaint is I wish Roto-Rooter would have a minimum charge for 1/2 hour instead of an hour ... since sometimes the problem is solved quickly but you still have to pay for the whole hour even if it only took 15-20 mins.
