was told 145 to 345 for arrival...at 340 I called to see what was going on...then was told on another job which I'm fine with that but at least call ... and explain well before..now says need camera down drain which said included in what was paid will be notified..not yet...drains work nice..just waiting to be notified for when the camera guy will be coming to make plans for someone to be here...overall satisfied R.D.

Awesome service! Ron was able to diagnose the problem (roots in pipe), and proceeded to remove by snaking. It was not an easy job and his professionalism is outstanding. Ron is ... an expert and would recommend him with no reservations!

Service man vert courteous and did a good job

Basement sewer backup: wow, I cannot say enough good things about the Rotorooter service Provided by Rotorooter Boston South. I called my normal plumber (who I will not use ... again) and their response was I’ll be there in 4 days! Rotorooter was there in 2 hours, assessed the roots and broken sewer line, at 9 am the next day the sewer line was replaced. The water restoration people came the following day and did the clean up! It had never crossed my mind to call Rotorooter in the past for all my plumbing needs, as the property is a 4 family and always seems to need some type of attention! All of the personnel from answering services to laborers get an A+ on every level! Plus The highest level of attention to detail, follow up, explanations, thoughness...surpassed and exceeded any expectations I might have had! Wish I had known about using Rotorooter in the past. I’ll never call a plumber again! As an aside, my plumber had been there to unclog the drain 10 months earlier, charged a lot and did not investigate whether there might have been a Reason for the sewer line clogging!!! Am more than sure the problem existed then. So, in the future, my first call will be to Roto-Rooter! Even for a water heater replacement! Who knew??? Am very pleased and thankful!

Dan and Nelson worked very hard to finds the leeks that caused water damage. They systematically went in a manner that although caused me to hesitate, it was the right ... thing to do. Most of the time was spent looking for the leek but it resulted in a solid fix. I only wished the first plumber that came out pursued the problem with the same effort.

Charles was friendly and informative and took care of my issue explaining each step along the way.

Absolutely amazing customer service and response to my emergency issue. I run a medical office building with 6 bathrooms and to shut off the water. We experienced a back flow ... and flooding issue. Called the service center and within an hour and half they sent Ron #5592., The most courteous, and helpful person of the day. ( Has I had already had a handyman and a plumber there earlier that were of no help) . He explained the situation that was going on with the main back flow pipe and he immediately got to work on it, checking all the bathrooms and letting me know what had happened and what I should do for further prevention of the situation. He was concise, informative, professional, as well as making the decision to drain/ plunge from the main pipe source versus the “other” pipe that my handyman said was the issue. He assessed everything and made the proper decision and least “messy” option, so grateful!! Everything was restored to working in order within an hour. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter service and most especially Ron. Thank you to the company but more importantly thank you to Ron who answered all of my random questions while doing the job. Most appreciated!

Gentleman was knowledgeable, and went right to work on the problem and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with the service.

We had Ron #5592 as our Roto-Rooter service personnel. He was polite, diligent, and knowledgeable. He worked for three hours clearing debris in our basement bathroom pipe that goes between ... the shower drain and the toilet. This is an area where there is a renovation construction project underway. Ron was able to clear away much of the debris blockage and then arranged for a more thorough undertaking as a final step. The final step will include identifying with a camera scope the location of the remaining debris blockage and then replacing the blocked pipe with a new pipe. We were very impressed with R-R's customer service from our initial point of contact (the initial phone call) to the end of Ron's work today. While there is a "next step" involved, we trust that the high level of service we experienced from R-R will continue and that our problem will be solved quickly. We trust this to be the case based on Ron's performance today.

Roto-Rooter gave us prompt, professional service. They cleared our waste line of tree roots and recommend a solution. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
